One of the most rewarding experiences was when we received a call from a new client who could not access their gym membership database. After arriving onsite, we discovered that their hard drive had failed and we could attempt data recovery to recover any data that we could. The owner then notified us that they had 3 other companies come out and gave them the same answer but none of them had offered to attempt to recover their data.
We brought their hard drive to our workbench and after multiple attempts we finally recovered their database which was their only concern.
After restoring the database to a new hard drive, we established a backup plan so they could recover from incidents like these quickly and they could recover from a disaster if one should occur.
